BoroDesk is a suite of property-operations software operated by Cielo Studios LLC ("we", "us"), a New York limited liability company. By using borodesk.com or any BoroDesk application, you agree to these terms.

The service

BoroDesk provides software for building operations — work orders, compliance tracking, staff coordination, and related tools. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the products evolve. Paid plans are governed by the order form or subscription terms presented at purchase.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for using the service in compliance with applicable law, including housing and privacy laws that govern your buildings and residents.

Data

Your operational data remains yours. Our use of it is described in the Privacy Policy. You may request export or deletion of your organization's data at any time via support.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". BoroDesk surfaces compliance information as an operational aid; it is not legal advice, and filing obligations remain the responsibility of the building's owners and agents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim.
